4. No credit card information is held on this website.

5. No refunds or exchanges will be processed for discounted items sold in sales.

6. Changes to this Policy The company reserve the right to change this Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Web Site and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the Web Site following the alterations.

Orders from outside the EU

If the value of an order is above a certain amount - determined by the destination country - goods will be liable for import duty. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any such duty.

Special Orders

Some items may need to be ordered from the manufacturer (stock status of these items may be shown as "To Order" or "Awaiting Stock". Cancellation following a confirmed order will incur a 20% handling charge.

Payments and Security

What payment methods do you accept? 

You can pay by credit or debit card via Paypal using Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit (previously known as Visa Delta) and Visa Electron cards.

There are no additional charges for different card types.

If you have a Paypal account you can also make payments via instant bank transfer from a registered bank account.

Do I have to register my details or open an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register with us to make a purchase.

Online payments are taken through Paypal.

If you are already registered with Paypal then you can pay using your existing account.

How can I be certain my payment details are safe? 

Paypal handle billions of pounds worth of transactions internationally every year and are at the forefront of security and fraud prevention measures. Your card details are only ever handled by Paypal and are never seen or stored by us.

How does the payment process work?

We will ask for an online payment to be made at the time you place your order. Paypal payment gateway is used to make your payment and to enter your address and card details to complete your purchase.

All of your card details are securely handled by the paypal gateway. Your payment is forwarded to our bank account and your delivery address and order details are passed onto us. We will not pass on your contact information to any third parties. 

If for any reason we need to make a refund, the money will be being transfered straight back onto your payment card.
